Role Overview

We have an immediate requirement for experienced, motivated and professional Business Systems Analyst. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for determining detailed change requirements and gap-fit solutions for operational ERP business needs
    Document change encompassing the systems, business process and organisational levels (RACI) 
  •  Train and support relevant stakeholders on the new change(s)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in Business Systems Analysis role with emphasis on operations, assets and inventory
  • Industrial Engineering related qualification
  • Exposure within the mining/drilling industry or exploration operations side will be highly preferred
  • Experience in SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Accpac, Pronto, MinPack, Mincom, Syspro other mining or asset management systems (preferable)
  • Proven track record in business requirements and gap-fit activities
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of tools, such as, MS Visio or Enterprise Architecture tools: ArchiMate, Orbus, Sparx or other
  • Familiar with TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture
  • Familiar with Lean, APICS or other improvement framework 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to interact with diverse cultures 
  •  Strong organisational skills 
  •  Ability to function in goal-driven, fast paced environments 
  • Proactive and able to work independently 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  •  Willing to travel
