Capital Limited, a London Stock Exchange listed company, is a leading mining services company focused on the African markets. It provides a complete range of drilling, mining, maintenance and geochemical laboratory solutions to customers within the minerals industry.

We have an immediate requirement for an ERP Helpdesk Coordinator and Project Office Administrator, to be based at our Head Office in Mauritius. 

THE ROLE

The ERP Helpdesk Coordinator and Project Office Administrator reports to the Group ERP Manager. The role will serve as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance via phone or email.

Role requirements:  

  • Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques 
  • Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
  • Monitor open tickets and service agreement times
  • Chase up on responses of second and third level support
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of ERP team support 
  • Recognise problem areas and gather the relevant information for documentation
  • Apply D365 training in user roles and company assignment
  • Maintain Sharepoint security for ERP documentation
  • Record and log frequent users and applications issues to improve users training
  • Present twice per week the open ticket log during review meeting
  • Assess and analyse the problem/issue, to study its impact and to advise on the proper supportive functions that are necessary
  • Curate and maintain Capital ERP documentation
  • Other duties as required

You will be required to have:

Any Graduate, B.C.Sc or B Tech (IT) are preferable 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in a related field
  • Experience in the mining industry would be an advantage 
  • Experience in Ticket system controller, Project Administration and documentation curation
  • Must have knowledge of ERP systems
  • Experience on D365 basics security roles, Sharepoint admin, PowerBi would be an advantage
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours 
  • Ability and willingness to travel
