Capital Support Services is a multifaceted company designed to provide a service in, but not limited to the Drilling & Mining Industries, with the following scope of support services:

• Safety Management
• Environmental Management
• Human Resource Management
• Systems Management
• Training Management

The groups mandate was originally focused on continual improvement within Capital Drilling, but has since expanded its services to a number of mining and exploration companies in Africa.

The efforts of CSS and Capital Drilling has resulted in the Capital Drilling Group attaining formal certification in:

• ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
• ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management
• OSHAS18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety
• SA8000 Cultural Accountability
