Tony Woolfe
Chief Operating Officer		 Tony is a highly accomplished professional with a multifaceted work history combined with a comprehensive exposure to underground, surface mining, maintenance and business development management, with over 25 years in Australia, PNG, Philippines and Africa. Tony has a proven ability to enhance functional excellence through the development and implementation of maintenance management systems and protocols.

Jamie Armitage
Group Maintenance Manager		 Jamie Armitage is our group Maintenance Manager. He established Capital Drilling with Brian Rudd in 2004. Jamie has over 21 years of experience in the mining industry in Australia & Africa and is responsible for the quality of the drilling rigs purchased and maintained by the business. Jamie previously held the position of maintenance manager for Stanley Mining Services Ltd.
 
Jon Beer
General Manager Operations		 Jon brings nearly 30 years of experience within the exploration drilling industry and over the last 15 years has held senior management roles with a number of leading Australian drilling companies. He is highly respected within the industry and is an active board member of the Australian Drilling Industry Association (ADIA). During his career, Jon has worked in countries such as Australia, Fiji, Saudi Arabia, India, USA and Africa, with particular focus on Southern Africa, including Botswana and Namibia, together with 5 years based in Johannesburg, as General Manager.
   
 
Wayne Healy
General Manager – Capital Support Services		 Wayne is an accomplished Manager with a proven record of achievement of over 16 years within the fields of Safety, Training, Business Development, Change Management and Human Resources. Wayne’s role is to manage the development, implementation, measuring, monitoring and maintenance of Training, HSE and Operational Systems for the Capital Drilling Group.

Paul Farrington
Cap-Sat Technologies		 Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer sciences. He has worked extensively throughout Africa over the past 23 years, designing and implementing corporate IT and communications infrastructures. Paul is responsible for the day to day management of all IT related matters as well as managing the supply and logistics division of the group.
